Body by Glamour
So I am about half way through Week 2 of my work out regiment for the summer in an attempt to get the body I always dreamed of and I got to thinking. This is hard. Two summers ago I almost made it. I used to wake up at 6:30 am and workout. I managed to lose 13 pounds that summer but I stopped once I got to school. This time around I am determined to make it all the way and maintain it. I am on the Body by Glamour program and on there is a blog by one of the editors. It is very motivating, so I decided to keep a blog of my own to monitor my own progress as I go as a way to keep me accountable for what I want to do for myself. My goal is not so much to lose weight but to get toned up everywhere. I want slim hips, firm butt, strong legs, strong arms, and flat abs.
Also, I will be living in my own apartment for the first time with 3 other girls. That could be an adventure. I am going into my last year of college and I'll be student teaching. It might be worth it to me if I document my life a bit during the next year. Blogging is so yesterday but I don't care. These are fun to come back to and read.
